You Tube & the Death of Partnerships for smaller channels.

So you tube has decided to end partnerships for smaller channels, but what to do?
I mean i don't do it for the money , but i do want the exposure, i want to know that people are at least having a chance to see my work.,I can up load videos here , and maybe i should , but how will anyone know i did?
I just don't know any more...
